These terms govern the participation in the DearMoney Program, a 12-week Live Group Program.
Live Service: This is a synchronous, live coaching experience centered around set session dates. It is a service contract based on personal interaction and real-time group participation.
Program Start: The official Program Start is defined as the 1st day of the scheduled program month, marked by the delivery of the Kick-off Package email.
A binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation via email. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Total Program Fee: €950.00 (including applicable VAT), or as indicated or otherwise agreed.
Deposit: To secure a spot, a minimum deposit of 1/3rd of the total fee is required at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed.
Final Payment: Any remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before the Program Start, unless a payment plan is agreed in writing.
Access to the Live Sessions and the Kick-off Package is contingent upon these payment milestones being met.
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
Fixed Date Exception: Note that according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure or educational activities with a specific date or period of performance, like this programme.
Our Policy: We honor a 14-day reflection period from your date of purchase. If you exercise this within 14 days of booking—and before the Program Start on the 1st of the month—you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Waiver for Early Access: If you request or access digital materials before this 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been initiated.
Once the 14-day reflection period has expired, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation up to 14 days before Program Start: You may cancel your participation. We will refund any amount paid exceeding the 1/3rd deposit. The 1/3rd deposit is retained as a non-refundable cancellation fee to cover the administrative setup and the reserved spot in the live cohort.
Cancellation after the Program Start (1st of the month): No refunds can be issued. On the 1st of the month, the Kick-off Package is delivered and the service is deemed to have commenced.
Flexibility Clause: If unforeseen life events arise, please contact us. We will act in good faith to find a reasonable accommodation (such as transferring your seat to a future cohort or offering session recordings), though this remains at our sole discretion.
All program materials (scripts, worksheets, recordings) are protected by copyright and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, selling, or reproducing these materials is prohibited.
The DearMoney Program provides educational content and group coaching. It does not constitute professional financial, investment, legal, or therapeutic advice. Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
ODR Platform: The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

These terms govern the purchase of and access to The 7-Day Money Shift — a seven-day private audio programme delivered via HelloAudio (hellosaudio.fm). The programme consists of pre-recorded audio episodes and accompanying materials made available digitally upon purchase.
A binding purchase contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
The purchase price is €39.00 (including 19% German VAT / MwSt) or as listed on this HelloAudio page. Payment is processed at the time of purchase via the payment provider at checkout. All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes.
Access to the programme is granted digitally and immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation. You will receive login details or a link to your private HelloAudio feed by email. Digital delivery is deemed complete upon the content being made available to you.
As a consumer (Verbraucher) within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB.
This waiver is confirmed in your order confirmation email. Non-consumer purchasers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Note for consumers: If you believe you have been granted access to the programme before providing such consent, please contact talk@dear.money within 14 days of purchase.
All audio content, scripts, worksheets, and materials within The 7-Day Money Shift are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and listen to the programme for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute any part of the programme.
The programme is educational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. We are not liable for financial decisions made on the basis of the programme content. Our liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and claims under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG) remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply in addition. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
We reserve the right to update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not affect existing purchase contracts. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the programme.

Diese Bedingungen regeln die Teilnahme am DearMoney Programm, einem 12-wöchigen Live-Gruppenprogramm.
Live-Dienstleistung: Dies ist ein synchrones Live-Coaching-Erlebnis, das auf festgelegten Terminen basiert. Es handelt sich um einen Dienstvertrag, der auf persönlicher Interaktion und Gruppenbeteiligung in Echtzeit beruht.
Programmstart: Der offizielle Programmstart ist der 1. Tag des geplanten Programmonats, markiert durch die Zustellung der E-Mail mit dem „Kick-off Package".
Ein verbindlicher Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn Sie den Checkout-Prozess abschließen und eine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten. Teilnehmer müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein.
Gesamtgebühr: 950,00 € (inkl. geltender MwSt.) oder wie anderweitig angegeben oder vereinbart.
Anzahlung: Um einen Platz zu sichern, ist bei der Buchung eine Mindestanzahlung von 1/3 der Gesamtgebühr erforderlich, sofern nicht anders vereinbart.
Schlusszahlung: Der restliche Betrag muss spätestens 14 Tage vor Programmstart beglichen werden, sofern nicht schriftlich ein Zahlungsplan vereinbart wurde.
Der Zugang zu den Live-Sessions und dem Kick-off Package setzt voraus, dass diese Zahlungsziele erreicht wurden.
Als Verbraucher steht Ihnen ein gesetzliches 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht ab dem Kaufdatum zu.
Ausnahme für Terminleistungen: Bitte beachten Sie, dass gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB das Widerrufsrecht nicht bei Verträgen zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Freizeitbetätigungen oder Bildungsmaßnahmen besteht, wenn der Vertrag für die Erbringung einen spezifischen Termin oder Zeitraum vorsieht (wie bei diesem Programm).
Unsere Richtlinie: Ungeachtet dessen gewähren wir eine 14-tägige Bedenkzeit ab Kaufdatum. Wenn Sie dieses Recht innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach der Buchung – und vor dem Programmstart am 1. des Monats – ausüben, erhalten Sie eine vollständige Rückerstattung, einschließlich der Anzahlung.
Verzicht bei vorzeitigem Zugang: Wenn Sie vor Ablauf dieser 14-tägigen Frist digitale Inhalte anfordern oder darauf zugreifen, bestätigen Sie, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren, sobald die Ausführung der Dienstleistung begonnen hat.
Nach Ablauf der 14-tägigen Bedenkzeit gilt die folgende Stornierungsregelung:
Stornierung bis zu 14 Tage vor Programmstart: Sie können Ihre Teilnahme stornieren. Wir erstatten alle gezahlten Beträge abzüglich der 1/3-Anzahlung. Die Anzahlung wird als nicht erstattungsfähige Stornogebühr einbehalten, um die administrativen Kosten und den reservierten Platz in der Live-Kohorte zu decken.
Stornierung nach Programmstart (1. des Monats): Es können keine Rückerstattungen gewährt werden. Am 1. des Monats wird das Kick-off Package zugestellt und die Erbringung der Dienstleistung gilt als begonnen.
Flexibilitätsklausel: Sollten unvorhergesehene Lebensereignisse eintreten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte. Wir werden in gutem Glauben versuchen, eine angemessene Lösung zu finden (z. B. Übertragung des Platzes auf eine zukünftige Kohorte oder Bereitstellung von Sitzungsaufzeichnungen), wobei dies in unserem alleinigen Ermessen liegt.
Alle Programmmaterialien (Skripte, Arbeitsblätter, Aufzeichnungen) sind urheberrechtlich geschützt und nur für Ihren persönlichen, nicht-kommerziellen Gebrauch bestimmt. Das Teilen, Verkaufen oder Vervielfältigen dieser Materialien ist untersagt.
Das DearMoney Programm bietet Bildungsinhalte und Gruppen-Coaching an. Es stellt keine professionelle Finanz-, Anlage-, Rechts- oder Therapieberatung dar. Die Haftung für einfache Fahrlässigkeit ist im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen ausgeschlossen. Die Haftung für Vorsatz, grobe Fahrlässigkeit oder die Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit bleibt unberührt.
Recht: Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
OS-Plattform: Die EU-Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung bereit: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Wir sind nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
